Certification of Rijksrederij vessels

Summary

The tender concerns certification of 15 Rijksrederij vessels until the end of their technical or economic service life. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers 6 inland vessels and Lot 2 covers 9 seagoing vessels. The services include statutory inspections, regular and renewal surveys, and the issuance of certificates; for seagoing vessels this includes class, SOLAS, MARPOL, load-line, ballast-water and other required surveys. The work will mainly take place at Dutch ports and shipyards, and the contract duration depends on the vessels reaching the end of their service life. Price is the only award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 17 November 2026 at 15:00. The bidder must be an appropriately recognised certification or classification bureau, demonstrate at least one maritime-sector reference worth at least EUR 10,000 during the previous three years, and have experience certifying comparable vessels. The bidder must also operate an ISO 9001-based quality management system, submit the required declarations and reference information, and sign the documents with a qualified electronic signature.
