Bus travel services

Summary

The tender concerns bus travel services for Zuyd Hogeschool. The contracting authority intends to appoint up to three suppliers under framework agreements for year-round transport of employees and students in the Netherlands and occasionally elsewhere in Europe, particularly Belgium and Germany. The services include day trips, group outings, shuttle services, touring coaches, double-decker buses with capacity from 50 to 90 passengers, minibuses from 9 passengers, and drivers. The framework agreement is planned to run from 1 January 2027 for two years, with one possible two-year extension, and has a maximum value of EUR 600,000 excluding VAT. The tender is not divided into lots. Future assignments will be awarded through mini-competitions among the framework contractors. The bid must include the required transport and quality responses and a completed price schedule. The submission deadline is 5 November 2026 at 10:00. Bids must be submitted unconditionally and remain valid for at least 90 days.
