Video surveillance for the municipality of Gouda

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement with one supplier for the municipality of Gouda’s video surveillance solution. The supplier must replace the video management system and incident reporting system, supply and, where necessary, replace cameras, and provide maintenance and support for all software and hardware. The solution must cover the existing cameras, body-camera integration, storage, secure network connectivity, migration, documentation, training and user support. The initial framework term is 2 years, with four possible one-year extensions; the maximum value is EUR 1,500,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 9 November 2026 at 10:00. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the best price-quality ratio: quality 70 points and price 30 points. The quality submission must cover an approach and implementation plan, technical challenges, sustainability and delivery against the service level agreement.
