Summary

Aqualysis is procuring hydrobiological research services in Zwolle and surrounding water-management areas through three lots: macrofauna, phytoplankton, ornamental algae and diatoms (estimated value EUR 3,400,000); vegetation (EUR 580,000); and KRW fish-stock monitoring (EUR 710,000). The procurement is for a framework agreement with one supplier per lot, an overall duration of up to 72 months, an initial two-year term and four possible one-year extensions. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16 November 2026 at 10:00. Up to three lots may be submitted for and awarded. The award decision is based on price (30%) and quality: ecological expertise and substantive quality (25%), execution and cooperation plan (15%), data quality, reporting and quality assurance (15%), and knowledge and data transfer (15%). Suppliers must be able to communicate in Dutch, provide the required fieldwork, analyses, reporting and Dawaco-format data, and comply with the specified environmental, safety, permitting and invoicing requirements.
