Incident response and environmental contamination clearance services in the public space of the Municipality of Lansingerland
Summary
The Municipality of Lansingerland is procuring a single-lot framework agreement for a specialised contractor to handle incidents and emergencies 24/7 in public spaces, secure and resolve incident locations, and remove and dispose of environmental contamination. Services include removing drug waste, cleaning oil and chemical contamination, responding to asbestos fires, urgent remediation, removing contaminated materials, carcasses and infected material, and arranging temporary traffic measures. The expected volume is approximately 16 incidents per year, based on 2023–2025, and the maximum framework value including extensions is €1,000,000. The framework starts on 1 January 2027, initially runs until 31 December 2028 and may be extended unilaterally twice by 12 months, up to 31 December 2030. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 16 November 2026 at 17:00. The contract is awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio: price 40 points and quality 60 points.
