Maintenance of nature, grounds and infrastructure

Summary

Dunea N.V. is procuring a framework agreement for planned and project-based maintenance of nature areas, grounds and related infrastructure in its managed areas. The work includes forest management, mowing, invasive-species control, fencing, recreational facilities, roads and paths, habitat measures, storm-damage repairs and other emergency works. The procurement is divided into three lots: northern nature and grounds, southern nature and grounds, and roads and paths. The estimated total value is EUR 2,220,000. The framework agreement is planned for 48 months from 1 March 2027 to 28 February 2031, with up to two 24-month extensions. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10 November 2026 at 16:00, and the tender must remain valid for 60 days. A tender guarantee is not required.
