Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for building, electrical and mechanical maintenance at Stichting Resonans locations in Leiderdorp and elsewhere in the Netherlands. The work covers replacement, planned, preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, asset and MJOP management, reporting and sustainability advice. There are two lots: building maintenance and electrical/mechanical installations; bidders may submit for one or both lots.
