Koningswei in Tilburg – participation in the building team and possible subsequent construction with 2-year maintenance

Summary

The tender concerns the redevelopment of Koningsplein in central Tilburg into a green, climate-adaptive park and intensive rooftop garden on the deck of the existing Koningsplein car park. The contract has two connected phases: a building-team phase for developing the design, planting plan, execution-ready design, RAW specification and cost estimate, followed potentially by construction and two years of maintenance.
