Summary

The municipality is procuring one framework agreement for security services in Steenbergen for an initial two-year period from 1 February 2027, with two possible two-year extensions, up to a maximum duration of six years and a maximum value of €2,500,000 excluding VAT. The services cover reception and security at the town hall and Vraagwijzer, opening and closing rounds, 24/7 alarm response at several municipal locations, mobile surveillance, reporting, assistance during emergencies, and on-call deployment of support security teams and SUS teams for high-risk meetings and events. The tender must cover the complete assignment; variants are not permitted. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 17 November 2026 at 10:00. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio, using the total fictitious tender price reduced by quality discounts for staff, support-team deployment and the implementation plan.
