Summary

Rijn IJssel is seeking one auditor for statutory annual-account audits, interim audits, audits of education funding and subsidy statements, assurance engagements, specific audit opinions, and a professional advisory role supporting governance and internal control. The contract is planned to start on 1 July 2027 for four years, with two possible two-year extensions, up to eight years in total. The estimated value of the regular work is approximately €185,000 including VAT per year, with a maximum tender price of €185,000 including VAT per audit year. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 5 November 2026 at 12:00, in Dutch, and must include the signed cover letter, completed pricing schedule, answers to five open questions, the European Single Procurement Document, references, and the declaration concerning Russian involvement. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio: up to 100 points for quality and 40 points for price.
