Financial system as a SaaS service

Summary

The procurement concerns a SaaS financial system for Veiligheidsregio Haaglanden, including implementation, integrations, hosting under European regulations, maintenance, development and functional-management support. The system will replace the current Unit4 system, with implementation in 2027 and planned go-live on 1 January 2028.
