Acquisition of intellectual property rights for a digital parking-rights system, implementation, hosting and further development

Summary

The tender concerns the acquisition of an existing and operational digital parking-rights system, including transfer of the intellectual property rights in its separated version, implementation to replace the current software, and hosting, technical management, maintenance and further development. Implementation includes system configuration, data migration, interface development, testing, go-live and decommissioning of the existing solution. The bidder must ensure uninterrupted service, scalability and further development under an open development model. The expected contract duration is 72 months. The participation request must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 14 September 2026 at 12:00 Dutch time. Up to three bidders will be selected. In the later tender stage, price has a weight of 30 and quality a weight of 70; quality covers the solution proposal, implementation or transition plan and service-level agreement. Variants are not permitted and electronic invoicing is required.
