Supply of GMDSS communication subscriptions

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of GMDSS communication subscriptions for the Rijksrederij fleet of seagoing vessels. The contractor must provide and manage satellite SIM/airtime subscriptions, allow activation, modification and termination per vessel, and handle usage billing. Hardware, installation and maintenance are excluded. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031, with two optional one-year extensions. Award is based on the lowest price.
