Supply of End User Devices and Related Services

Summary

The tender covers the supply of end-user devices and accessories together with related services, including device configuration, helpdesk support, repairs, registration, issue and return, data erasure and disposal. The products include laptops, workstations, smartphones, tablets, monitors, docking stations and other workplace accessories. A framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier for two years, with two possible one-year extensions. The contracting authority has no purchase obligation or turnover guarantee; the maximum framework agreement value including extensions is EUR 5,000,000 excluding VAT. The authority will assess tenders using award criteria worth 1,000 points in total: price 200 points and quality 800 points. The tenderer must submit a plan of approach of no more than four A4 pages and comply with all technical, service, security and customer portal requirements. The tender deadline is 1 October 2026 at 12:00. The tender documents and all communication must be in Dutch.
