Translation services for the IND

Summary

The tender concerns translation services for the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) in two lots: translations for the primary process and translations for support processes and directorates. The contract starts with implementation after 4 January 2027 and then runs for an initial operational period of 2 years, with possible silent extension up to 24 months and a further bridge extension of up to 12 months in total. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, but not for parts of a lot. The award criterion is best price-quality ratio, with price weighted at 30% and quality at 70%.
