Summary

The tender concerns audit services for ROC Midden Nederland. The contractor must perform the statutory audit of the consolidated annual accounts, interim audits, special audits including funding-data checks, and the natural advisory function, and must also be able to handle additional and incidental audit work. The contract is awarded as one lot, with no division into lots. The tender uses best price-quality ratio as the award criterion. The bidder must be a legally authorised audit organisation, have a Wta licence, have registered responsible auditors, show at least 5 years of proven experience in auditing educational institutions, submit references, a UEA, a Russian involvement declaration, a conformity list and a price sheet, and provide insurance evidence. If the bidder relies on third-party capacity or subcontractors, the relevant UEA forms and proof must be submitted.
