Supply of Electric Suction Sweepers

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of two lots of zero-emission electric suction sweepers: small machines of about 2 m³ and medium machines of about 4 m³ for the Municipality of Groningen. The documents set extensive technical requirements, delivery, warranty, service, training and after-sales obligations. The contract is a framework agreement with an initial term of 48 months from 1 January 2027, extendable by one year and then once more by one year. Social Return obligations apply, equal to at least 2% of the contract value excluding VAT.
