Organization and delivery of health-promoting activities in Kuldīga Municipality in 2027

Summary

Kuldīga Municipality is procuring, for 2027, the organization and delivery of health-promoting activities in three lots: 60 water-aerobics sessions for seniors, 340 group exercise sessions for adults, and a five-session mental-health programme for adults. The water-aerobics sessions are planned for winter, spring and autumn; the other activities are planned during 2027. The mental-health programme covers stress management, work–life balance, burnout prevention, nutrition and art-based approaches to emotional well-being.
