Technical maintenance and repair of engineering systems in the Latgale region

Summary

The State Real Estate company is procuring technical maintenance, upkeep, emergency response and repair of engineering systems in its properties in the Latgale region, including Jēkabpils municipality. The work covers electrical, heating, water and sewerage, ventilation and cooling, fire-safety and other listed building systems. It includes scheduled maintenance at designated properties and call-out work at other properties in the region; the contract is not divided into lots and is planned for 36 months, up to EUR 250,000 excluding VAT, with a possible extension to a maximum of 48 months.
