Maintenance of Air-Cooling, Ventilation and Medical Gas Equipment

Summary

The National Centre for Mental Health in Riga is procuring maintenance, emergency fault response and planned repair services for air-cooling, ventilation and medical gas equipment at four sites in Riga. The contract covers a broad inventory of cooling and ventilation units, compressed-air and vacuum equipment, and air-purification equipment; routine maintenance is generally twice yearly for cooling and ventilation equipment and once yearly for medical gas equipment. The contract is for 24 months, may be extended up to a total of 36 months, and has a maximum value of EUR 80,000 excluding VAT. The procurement is not divided into lots.
