Real estate valuation and rental value assessment services

Summary

Ludza Municipality is procuring real estate valuation and rental-value assessment services in two lots: Lot 1 covers the towns of Ludza, Kārsava and Zilupe; Lot 2 covers the rural parishes of Ludza Municipality. Assessments may cover buildings, apartments, land including forest land and forest stands, infrastructure and engineering structures, and may determine market values for sale, exchange, rental or building rights. Services will be ordered as needed over a 36-month period; the estimated value is EUR 69,999 excluding VAT for each lot.
