Implementation of the Smoking Cessation Support Programme

Summary

Latvia’s Centre for Disease Prevention and Control is procuring the nationwide implementation of a smoking cessation support programme for adults who smoke and wish to quit. The single, indivisible contract covers communications and outreach, updating and printing programme manuals, training and methodological support for group leaders, delivery of in-person support groups, participant surveys, evaluation and reporting. The programme is intended to reach approximately 1,000 participants, with groups delivered through 31 May 2029.
