SIA Rīgas Dzemdību nams is procuring maintenance and repair services for its building engineering systems at Miera Street 45 in Riga. The single-lot contract covers the building systems control system, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment, humidification and ionisation equipment, the heating substation and domestic-water pumps, including scheduled maintenance, repairs and emergency call-outs. The contract is planned for 24 months, or until its maximum value of EUR 41,999.99 excluding VAT is reached; irregularly required spare parts and materials may also be supplied.
