Technical and economic assessment of construction warranty obligations and defects

Summary

Daugavpils City Municipality is procuring independent expert services to inspect construction defects identified during the warranty period, determine their causes, specify remedial works and prepare detailed cost estimates. The procurement has three lots: restoration and landscaping of the ramparts of Bastion 7 at Daugavpils Fortress; the “Biodiversity of the Latgale Mire” tourism and nature education site in Esplanade Mire; and the apartment building at Gaismas Street 7 in Daugavpils. The contract period is 45 days from signing.
