Implementation and maintenance of a sanctions risk and customer due diligence information management system

Summary

Latvijas Banka is procuring the supply and implementation of a sanctions watchlist and customer due diligence information management system, which may consist of one integrated solution or interoperable tools. The system is intended for real-time transaction screening, counterparty database monitoring and customer research, with capacity to monitor up to 150,000 accounts and transactions per year. Licences are required for 50 sanctions-tool users and 4 customer due diligence users; implementation, user training and one year of system quality maintenance are included.
