Expert services to develop, pilot and deliver a training programme for transferable and region-specific skills

Summary

Latgale Planning Region is procuring expert services to develop, pilot and deliver two modules for a cross-border training programme for young people under 25. Each module comprises eight academic hours: one focuses on identifying business opportunities and developing business ideas, and the other on developing sustainable products or services. The work includes a curriculum and trainer handbook for each module, training for prospective educators, and an eight-hour pilot of each module with a youth group. Educator training includes in-person sessions in Rēzekne, Ida-Viru and Võru, as well as a joint online session.
