Purchase of a floor-cleaning robot

Summary

The procurement is for one professional floor-cleaning robot, including its battery and charging station, for Riga 1st Hospital in Riga. The robot must be delivered and installed within 30 calendar days after contract signing; the tender must cover the full scope as a single offer. The unit must be new and unused and suitable for areas of at least 600 m². It must provide at least four functions: sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing and mopping. Required performance includes suction of at least 23,500 Pa, practical cleaning efficiency of at least 350 m² per hour, charging in no more than four hours, and a stated post-charge operating time in washing mode. Other requirements include specified sensing and navigation, a clean-water tank of at least 11 litres, a removable and washable dirty-water tank of at least 10 litres, a dust bag of at least 6 litres, a HEPA filter, and the specified brushes and working widths. The robot must have a full warranty of at least 24 months. The price must include delivery of the robot, battery and charging station, unloading, installation, configuration, operational testing and staff training. During the warranty period, the supplier must provide, free of charge, the manufacturer-prescribed periodic maintenance, diagnostics and warranty repairs, as well as necessary spare parts, materials and service visits. On a written fault report received on a working day, the supplier must start diagnostics and contact the buyer’s representative within 24 hours. If a repair takes more than five working days, a replacement unit must be provided free of charge. Offers are evaluated on price (75 points), warranty duration (15 points) and operating time in washing mode (10 points). During the previous three years, the tenderer must have completed at least two cleaning-robot supply contracts, each worth at least 50% of the offered contract price; positive client references and manufacturer documentation demonstrating technical compliance are required.
