Supply of cleaning equipment

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of cleaning equipment and consumables, including gloves, washroom items, brushes and mops, cleaning cloths, sponges and waste bags. The contract runs for up to 36 months or until its VAT-exclusive value of EUR 30,000 is reached. If properly performed, it may be extended, but the total term cannot exceed 48 months. Deliveries are made against orders to four addresses in Riga and are generally due within two working days. The procurement is not divided into lots. Bidders must be registered and have experience under at least two previous supply contracts, each worth at least EUR 10,000. Offers are evaluated on price (90 points) and the discount offered on other goods (10 points). Cleaning agents used for cleaning must be eco-certified and safe for the environment and human health when used normally.
