Supply and installation of library bookshelves

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of 22 single-sided modular library bookshelves for the Latvian National History Museum at Pulka iela 8, Riga. Delivery and installation, including levelling the shelves, must be completed within 50 calendar days after the contract enters into force. The minimum warranty is 24 months. No advance payment is provided; payment is due within 15 working days after completion of the contract. The procurement is not divided into lots, and bids must cover the full scope. Price is the only award criterion; the lowest-priced compliant bid wins. If the lowest prices are equal, the bid offering a warranty at least six months longer takes precedence; if the warranties are also equal, the winner is determined by drawing lots. Bids must be submitted electronically in Latvian by 10:00 on 15 October 2026. The bidder must have completed at least two comparable bookshelf orders for two clients during 2023–2026 and provide at least two positive references. The bid must include the participation application, a declaration of independent preparation, technical and financial offers, and the required registration and signing-authority evidence.
