Production of wall and desk calendars

Summary

The procurement is for the production and delivery of Riga Freeport’s 2027 wall and desk calendars and their packaging. The order comprises 1,300 wall calendars with cardboard bags and 700 desk calendars with notepads and printed paper envelopes. The buyer will provide print-ready artwork for the calendars and packaging. The supplier must produce the items to the technical specification, package them and deliver them to Mihaila Tāla iela 1 in Riga. The entire order must be produced and delivered within one month of contract signature. Product quality will be checked within 10 days after delivery, and the supplier must replace defective items at its own expense. Compliant bids will be ranked by the lowest total price excluding VAT; variants are not permitted. To participate, a bidder must have completed at least one comparable calendar production and delivery project during 2023–2026: at least 1,000 calendars must have been produced and delivered under one order. Experience must be documented with client details and a client reference. The bid must be submitted electronically with the required declarations and financial offer and remain valid for at least 60 days. Documents must be in Latvian or accompanied by a bidder-certified Latvian translation.
