Employee health insurance

Summary

The procurement is for one year of 24-hour health insurance throughout Latvia for employees of the Forest Research Station. Approximately 45 people are expected to be insured; the final number will be confirmed when the contract is concluded. The premium will be paid in two instalments. The financial offer must state the price in euros per insured person and for all insured persons, including taxes and administrative costs. The offer must include technical and financial proposals and describe the coverage, limits and exclusions, providers, access to services and reimbursement arrangements. The bidder must be properly registered and hold a valid licence to provide health insurance services. Offers must be submitted electronically in Latvian; only one offer variant is allowed, and the offer must remain valid for at least 60 days. Offers will be scored out of 100 points: price accounts for up to 55 points and the quality and scope of services for up to 45 points. The submission deadline is 14 October 2026 at 11:00.
