Door and fire door replacement works

Summary

The tender concerns replacement works for doors and fire doors in two parts: Part 1 – replacement of doors and glazed structures at S6 studios and adjacent rooms; Part 2 – replacement of fire doors at Zaķusalas krastmala 33 site. The contract is issued under an open competition in accordance with the Public Procurement Law (PIL) ident. LSM 2026/68. The total contract value is up to 119,834.70 EUR excluding VAT; Part 1 up to 41,322.30 EUR; Part 2 up to 78,512.40 EUR. The service is to be delivered within 3 months from the contract’s effective date. Payments include a 30% advance and the remainder on invoicing and acceptance acts. Bidders must have relevant experience (at least two similar projects in the last five years), technical and financial capacity, and necessary licences; subcontractors may be used; provide required evidence and ESPD and financial/technical documents.
