Development of a catalogue of promotional products and supply for Sigulda Municipality

Summary

Sigulda Municipality is procuring the development of a catalogue of promotional products and the supply of the products listed in it. The catalogue must be agreed with the contracting authority and delivered within 30 days of signing the contract. Products will be ordered as needed; the contract will run for 12 months or until the estimated value of EUR 40,000 excluding VAT is reached. The procurement is not divided into lots, and bids must cover the full scope. The most economically advantageous bid will be selected by scoring the concept and quality of original products and four customised products, as well as the average price of 37 souvenirs intended for larger production runs. A total of 116 points is available. Participation requires proof of average annual turnover of at least EUR 20,000 and at least two qualifying previous supplies. The bidder must confirm that no goods or services originating in Russia or Belarus will be used in performing the contract.
