Tender detail
Procurement of public relations services for LNSO
Summary
The tender is for public relations and social media communications services for the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra (LNSO). The work includes preparing a monthly event communications plan; preparing and distributing four press releases per month, one of them in English for international cultural media; arranging up to four interviews; preparing a monthly request for an announcement to be broadcast on Latvian Radio; and proposing two podcast topics and guests each month. The provider must work with two influencers, each with at least 15,000 followers, and organise and coordinate media events 1–2 times per season. The work also includes compiling journalist lists for complimentary concert tickets, attending weekly 60-minute marketing meetings, and participating in quarterly idea-generation discussions. Social media work includes planning and publishing up to 20 Instagram content items each month, coordinating texts, visuals and videos, and publishing video materials on LNSO’s TikTok account. The provider will select and coordinate archive materials and prepare and manage concert advertising plans, primarily using META and, by agreement, TikTok in some cases. The monthly workload may vary by ±10% without changing the monthly fee. Additional work is agreed and priced separately; a quotation for an additional project must be submitted within five working days and may not exceed the average market price by more than 10%. The contract will run for up to 24 months or until the amount of EUR 41,999.99 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. The offer must cover the entire procurement; there are no lots or alternative offers. The award criterion is the lowest monthly fee excluding VAT. Tenderers must demonstrate the required experience and submit technical and financial offers. Offers must be submitted electronically in Latvian.
