Supply of household and hygiene products

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase and supply of household and hygiene products, including cleaning and care products, hygiene goods, refuse bags, cleaning equipment, and kitchen and household items for social welfare institutions in Riga. It is divided into seven lots, and bidders may tender for one, several or all lots. Contracts will normally run for 24 months or until the contract ceiling is reached; an extension of up to six months may be agreed if needed. Orders will be placed according to actual requirements. Bidders must have retail premises in Riga at the locations required for the relevant lots and at least one comparable supply reference from 2023–2026, covering goods from at least three product groups supplied to one customer. Offers must be submitted electronically and include technical and financial proposals. Offers will be evaluated on the permanent-customer discount (40 points), the total price of evaluated goods and additional services (40 points), and the minimum order value for free delivery (20 points).
