Publication Management System Maintenance Services and Change Request Implementation

Summary

The Latvian Ministry of Finance is procuring maintenance and development services for the Procurement Monitoring Bureau’s Publication Management System and open data service. The work includes continuous availability and support, fault correction, system updates, documentation maintenance and change requests, including up to 10,000 additional person-hours over the contract term; regular maintenance includes an average of 20 consultation hours and up to 50 change-request hours per month. The single, indivisible contract is planned for 36 months, with an estimated value of approximately EUR 928,809 excluding VAT.
