Supply of portable visible-light and near-infrared spectrometers

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of 3 portable visible-light and near-infrared spectrometers for analysing soil samples in field and laboratory conditions. The supply must include the necessary cables and accessories, software with a perpetual or at least one-year licence, delivery, installation, configuration, training and at least one annual maintenance visit during the warranty period. The equipment must support soil analysis and meet detailed requirements for wavelength range, spectral resolution, measurement time, battery life, protection rating, software functionality, geolocation and data export. Delivery is due within 12 weeks of contract signature and the soil-analysis model within 18 weeks.
