High-performance workstation rental

Summary

The tender covers the assembly, configuration, delivery and rental of one high-performance workstation for analysing optical microscopy time-series data under the BioPhoT DEPCELL project. The workstation must include at least a 16-core, 32-thread processor, 48 GB of graphics memory, 128 GB of DDR5 RAM, two NVMe SSDs of at least 2 TB each and an additional data drive of at least 4 TB, together with the required Linux, GPU computing, machine-learning and container environments. The bidder must submit a technical and financial tender for the complete scope, demonstrate specific compliance, and provide testing, documentation, maintenance and fault correction. Delivery is required within 15 days of contract signature and the rental period runs until 30 November 2026. The tender submission deadline is 10:00 on 30 September 2026, and price is the only award criterion.
