Supply of research and scientific equipment for RTU needs

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of research and scientific equipment for Riga Technical University, divided into four lots: heat-flow sensors, a biomaterial drying oven, an oxygen-bomb calorimeter for determining gross calorific value, and an automatic mortar mixer. Bidders may submit an offer for one, several or all lots, but alternative offers are not permitted. The estimated total value is EUR 70,720 excluding VAT: EUR 13,520 for Lot 1, EUR 3,700 for Lot 2, EUR 49,400 for Lot 3 and EUR 4,100 for Lot 4. Offers must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026 at 10:00. The contract is awarded separately for each lot using the economically most advantageous offer: total price carries 85 points, nominal electricity consumption 10 points and social inclusion 5 points. The supplier must provide technically compliant equipment, manufacturer evidence or a manufacturer website, the required documentation, warranty and delivery within the specified lot-specific deadline.
