Supply of goods for equipping shelters

Summary

The tender covers the supply of goods to equip shelters in the Krāslava area, divided into four lots: (1) folding beds and chairs, water tanks, dry-toilet privacy cubicles, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, first-aid kits and other supplies; (2) battery power stations, solar panels, radios, CO₂ meters, portable lighting, batteries, chargers and extension leads; (3) portable chemical toilets, dry-toilet bowls and waste containers; and (4) fire-rated metal doors and galvanised metal grating. A bidder may tender for one, several or all lots, but must offer the full range of goods in each lot bid for. A separate contract will be awarded for each lot, based on the lowest total price among compliant tenders. Delivery is to addresses specified by the contracting authority in the towns of Krāslava and Dagda, within three months of the contract taking effect. Goods must be new, meet the technical specifications, and be supplied with the required compliance evidence and warranty. Goods and services originating in Russia or Belarus are prohibited. For every lot bid for, the bidder must be properly registered and have completed at least one similar supply contract successfully, with a positive customer reference. The tender must include technical and financial offers and a tender guarantee of EUR 400 for Lot 1, EUR 800 for Lot 2, and EUR 100 for each of Lots 3 and 4. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 16 October 2026.
