Establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for construction works at CSDD sites

Summary

The tender concerns a 24-month dynamic purchasing system for construction and repair works at CSDD sites throughout Latvia. Potential works include, for example, finishing walls, ceilings and floors, restoring insulation of building envelope structures, repairing roof coverings and restoring facades. The estimated total value of the system is EUR 140,000 excluding VAT, and individual contracts are expected to last 1–12 months. Candidates must first pass the selection stage; suppliers admitted to the system will later be invited to submit tenders for specific works. The application must be submitted electronically in EIS by 5 October 2026 at the latest, and the documents are subject, among other things, to Latvian-language and electronic-signature requirements.
