Development and implementation of a heat-supply solution for the Salaspils nuclear reactor site
Summary
The tender covers the design and construction of the redevelopment of the heat-supply system at the Salaspils nuclear reactor site, including site surveys, preparation and approval of technical documentation, supply and installation of equipment and materials, system testing, adjustment, commissioning, staff training, as-built documentation and author supervision. The estimated value is EUR 82,600 excluding VAT, the procurement is not divided into lots, and the contract must be completed within three months of its entry into force. The works will be carried out at the Reactor site in the Salaspils area. The bidder must have at least one verifiable previous heating or heat-supply system construction or reconstruction project meeting the required value and period, and must provide two certified specialists. The bid must be submitted electronically by 28 September 2026 and remain valid for at least six months after the bid submission deadline. The most economically advantageous bid will be selected: the financial bid carries up to 80 points and the project management and works organisation plan up to 20 points. The contract also includes, among other obligations, a 15% performance guarantee, a 5% warranty-period obligations guarantee before final payment, and a 24-month warranty.
