Purchase of cooking and serving equipment and furniture for a culinary experience centre

The tender concerns the sale and delivery of cooking and serving equipment and furniture for a culinary experience centre at Miera iela 57, Daugavpils. It is divided into four lots, with an estimated total value of EUR 53,424 excluding VAT: EUR 33,000 for Lot 1, EUR 3,424 for Lot 2, EUR 12,000 for Lot 3 and EUR 5,000 for Lot 4. No tender guarantee is required.\n\nFor qualification, the bidder must be properly registered and must have completed at least one equivalent contract between 2023 and 2026 up to the tender submission deadline. For Lot 1, the evaluation awards 90 points for price and 10 points for the total electricity consumption of the equipment over 12 hours. For Lots 2, 3 and 4, the award criterion is the lowest total price.\n\nThe supplied goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Latvian-language operating and assembly instructions must be provided, and electrical equipment in Lot 1 must bear the CE marking. Equivalent goods with equal or better characteristics are allowed, but their compliance must be demonstrated. Goods and services originating in or produced in Russia or Belarus may not be used in the procurement.
