Certification of Rural Support Service European Union Funds

Summary

The tender concerns the certification and auditing of the Rural Support Service IT environment. The contractor must perform ELGF and EAFRD IT certification for financial years 2026, 2027 and 2028, and an EMFAF IT systems review for 2026. The work includes preparing an IT audit plan and risk assessment, assessing information systems, general IT controls and application controls, reviewing information security and data quality, and preparing separate reports in Latvian.
