Cleaning of office and laboratory premises for the needs of the State Plant Protection Service

Summary

The tender concerns daily cleaning and maintenance of office and laboratory premises of the State Plant Protection Service at Lielvardes Street 36, Riga. The total area is approximately 2,845.3 m², divided into four groups: administrative offices, an agrochemical laboratory, the first floor and greenhouse of the laboratory building, and the second floor and basement. The contract is planned for 13 October 2026 to 12 October 2027, with an estimated value of up to EUR 30,000 excluding VAT. The bidder must submit an offer for the full scope. Offers are submitted electronically in the Latvian procurement system by 22 September 2026. Evaluation is based on price, work organisation and quality, proposed monthly working hours for operational staff, and proposed monthly on-site hours for the direct supervisor.
