Technical maintenance and repair of tractors and trailers

Summary

The tender covers technical maintenance, repair and spare-parts procurement for tractors, agricultural machinery and trailers in two lots. Lot 1 concerns the Kurzeme regional administration and Lot 2 the Latgale regional administration. Each lot has an estimated maximum value of EUR 10,000 excluding VAT and a contract term of 36 months; the total planned value is EUR 20,000 excluding VAT. Offers must be submitted electronically and must include the participation application, independent-bid declaration, technical offer, financial offer and qualification documents. The economically most advantageous offer will be selected using a 100-point system: 90 points for the combined price of four listed services and 10 points for the discount on spare parts and operating materials. Technical requirements include service-location limits, response times, mobile service, transport, repair and parts-delivery deadlines, warranties and compliance with the technical specification.
