Supply of chemical products and technical maintenance of swimming pools (repeat procurement)

Summary

The tender covers the supply of pool chemicals and regular technical maintenance, seasonal preparation, water-system servicing and repairs for four swimming-pool facilities in Adazi Municipality. The contract is not divided into lots, bidders must submit one offer for the full scope, and the estimated value is EUR 24,793.39 excluding VAT. The contract is planned for 12 months or until the maximum contract value is reached, whichever occurs first. The scope includes disinfectants and other pool chemicals, delivery to the facilities, routine servicing, calibration and maintenance of dosing and circulation systems, filter cleaning, seasonal preparation and conservation, and repairs when requested. Chemicals must be suitable for swimming pools, properly classified, labelled and packaged, with labels and instructions in Latvian. Standard deliveries are required within five days of an order; emergency response must generally be available within two hours. Participation requires at least two public swimming-pool technical maintenance contracts performed during 2023–2026 up to the submission deadline, each worth at least EUR 10,000 excluding VAT. A non-revocable EUR 300 bid guarantee is required. The bid must include the completed technical and financial offers and proof of the mandatory site inspection. Awarding uses the economically most advantageous offer: total price accounts for 70 points and emergency call-out costs for 30 points.
