Procurement of construction and earthworks machinery services

Summary

The tender concerns construction and earthworks machinery services, mainly at the Adazi military base or at a location designated by the contracting authority. The work includes grading and profiling training-area roads, repairing uneven areas, potholes and washouts, constructing or restoring ditches and drainage channels, removing vegetation and grading topsoil, moving earth and forming embankments or ditches, and repairing access roads at the Adazi training area. A framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum value of EUR 50,800 including VAT, or EUR 41,983.47 excluding VAT, and will remain in force until 31 December 2029 or until the maximum amount has been used. Under the framework agreement, each subsequent service order will be awarded to the lowest-priced compliant tender. The tender must be submitted electronically in the Latvian EIS by 28 September 2026; only one tender covering the full scope may be submitted.
