Electrical supply management and visual inspection at properties managed by SIA “Dobeles Namsaimnieks”

Summary

The procurement covers electrical supply management, continuous operation of electrical systems, fault rectification, and visual inspection of electrical networks, distribution systems and electronic communications systems at properties managed by SIA “Dobeles Namsaimnieks”. The services must be provided at properties in Dobele and Dobele Municipality on a 24-hour basis. Following a call-out, a specialist must arrive at the site within 2 hours. The estimated contract value is up to EUR 139,999.99 excluding VAT, and the contract will run until 30 May 2028 or until the contract value is reached, whichever occurs first. The bidder must provide personnel holding the required electrical safety certificates and at least one construction specialist qualified to supervise electrical installation works up to 1 kV. The tender must be submitted electronically by 24 September 2026 at 10:00. The most economically advantageous tender will be determined out of 100 points: the price of electrical supply management services accounts for 70 points and the price of visual inspections for 30 points. The works and materials are subject to a warranty of at least 3 years.
