Initial training for employees and specialists, renewal of certificates and annual certificate fees

Summary

The tender covers initial and refresher training, examinations, renewal of certificates and certificate-related services in 13 lots. The subjects include electrical safety, boiler and pressure equipment, working at height, fire safety, gas equipment, Danfoss systems, the LVS EN ISO 50001 energy management standard, lift operation, TIG welding and brush-cutter operation. A bidder may submit a tender for one or more lots, but must cover the complete scope of each selected lot; alternatives are not allowed. Depending on the lot, training will be delivered online, at the hospital or at a training venue proposed by the bidder in Riga. A valid certificate or qualification document must be issued after successful completion. The submission deadline is 10 September 2026. Each lot contract lasts 24 months or until the contract value is exhausted. Price is the only award criterion, and the compliant tender with the lowest price will be selected.
